Probably have my LSS on this song. I heard it sang by an aspiring contender in the new season of American Idol and since then, this song can't get out of my head (and I really don't know why!!!). Upon searching the very reliable internet, I came pass Carrie's version and Kenny Rogers himself (of course) with Dolly listening in the audience.

Must have been really hard for Carrie huh? Knowing that the original singer was watching and the other - singing with her. But listening to both versions, I would lean more to Dolly Parton's original (virgin) version haha. Its more lively and natural. Go Dolly. hehe.

This is the first time I would see Katherine Heigl not just on the silverscreen but on everything else. Though I have not seen her before nor have any idea what she do, I've been hearing a lot of good things from her regarding her acting skills. True enough, my expectations caught me off guard. I was pretty amazed by her incredibly effortless acting. Although the script was pretty dumb itself, both Katherine and James Marsden (the leading man) made the story a lot interesting. The first part is the best part where Jane (Katherine) had to attend two weddings at the same night. The fuss she went through was hilarious. And the taxi driver wasn't bad of an actor either. The flow of the story wasn't that bad but the story is somewhat predictable (well what else is new, it's a chick flick anyway). Anne Fletcher, a choreographer turned director, made the movie runs smoothly as a ballet. It was quite good. Good thing it was starred with a powerful actress or else this movie will let me snooze all the way. If I would recommend this movie? Nah. Better watch it in HBO or just buy it in the record stores near you. But if you're really up for it, then its okay.

Hate Having Bad Dreams

Unfortunately for me, whenever I have these bad dreams, my day turn out to be bad -- to worst! I woke up feeling very low, sad and depressed. Tulad kanina, I had this f*cking dream then ayun sira na araw ko. I can't do anything right. I asked a lot of people and asked them if they have the same situation as I am, but sadly they don't. Sabi nila they just let it slip their minds then off they go to their own lives. But mine totally stopped when I had nightmares. Lahat mabagal. Even the time sobrang bagal. I just wished na the day would go by para matapos na yung ganitong pakiramdam. Usually pa yung mga napapanaginipan ko e yung mga bagay na ayaw ko talaga mangyari o yun bang mga kinatatakutan ko.. Ewan ko ba kung bakit ako ganito when it comes to having bad dreams. Sana sa susunod hindi na ako maapektuhan. Hirap kasi ng ganito. Ala lang... anlungkot lang.. :'(

Wow! First there was Krispy Kreme, now this. Ice cream and pizza together -- mindblowing! I must say the world seems to get better and better. Hmmm.

I was just checking the net when my eyes popped wide open when I saw this "ice cream pizza" ad. But apparently, this brilliant invention is still inside the parameter of the U.S. But I'll definitely keep my fingers crossed that soon this great invention will hit the Philippine island.

Most of my friends know that I'm the kind of guy who have this special quench for gadgets and gizmos watchacallem'. Whenever there are new release gadgets, be sure that I'm pretty much aware of it and probably be begging my mom to give me one. But unfortunately though, my mom is the typical mom who think things over before buying me those stuff. Can't really blame her since it's hard to find bread nowadays. But anyways, here are the list of gadgets I happen to lay my hands on and taken home with me! Not that I'm bragging or anything. I just want to show how glad I am to have these. NOKIA 3250

My first ever handycam! And it uses CD to store data not like the usual V8 system. Now its easy to transfer videos and edit 'em on my computer. Impressive!ou used.

Actually, my brother and I own this bad boy since both of us drastically need this gadget, my parents decided to buy this beautiful thing to us but unfortunately we have to share. Yeah! Sharing this awesome gadget isn’t easy you know. But still, it’s better to share one than not having it at all.

Ipod Touch 16gb

The iPod touch is a portable media player designed and marketed by Apple Inc. It is the top-of-the-line model in Apple's iPod family. On Christmas day I got this baby! Its the best Christmas ever!The touch screen interface is amazing and the wide screen much easier on the eyes. While the Wi-Fi features make this iPod a much more versatile device, the lack of public wireless access points means it's of limited use away from the home or office.

Sony PlayStation Portable

The PlayStation Portable (officially abbreviated PSP) is a handheld game console released and manufactured by Sony Computer Entertainment. Its development was first announced during E3 May 11, 2004 at a Sony press conference before E3 2004. The system was released in Japan on December 12, 2004, North America on March 24, 2005 PAL region on September 1, 2005. It is the first handheld video game system to use an optical disc format.

Had this for like two months and sell it because I don't seems to enjoy playing this. Nice having this for a while. But in a long run, you'll definitely miss the presence of your reliable PlayStation 2. (Miss playing PS2.... I need to buy a new one)

Before All Fireworks Spark

Wah tagal ng walang entry ah. Well sige, recap nalang ako ng mga nangyari nung nakaraang taon. Para mas specific, yung christmas season nalang haha. Probably this is the best christmas season I have ever been. Mainly because siyempre in love ang mokong. Pero aside naman dun, naging okey nadin yung family namin. My dad were taken out from a recovery house in New Manila (those who lives near the vicinity knows what kind of recreation houses these are). I thought kasi na we would never celebrate christmas with him. Saya ko nalang na nung 13th, he was brought out of the said house.

Nung 24th naman, we celebrated my sister's burpday. She's 11 now, all grown up and may Mens na siya haha! I'm happy siyempre kasi delayed na nga siya kung tutuusin coz all of my friends' sisters have theirs a year ago pa. Kaya nung biglang sumigaw sister ko sa cr na may lumalabas na sa too-toot* niya, ayun I'm glad! Dalaga na si Taba hahaha.

Nung 25th, I thought typical day lang. Kain ng lunch since tinanghali na gumising pero laking tuwa ko na lang nang pumunta sa MOA at binilhan na ako ni Mama ng Ipod Touch 16gb sa Power Mac! Hanggang tenga talaga ngiti ko! Ilang pagmamakaawa din ginawa ko para lang mapasakamay yung legendaring bagay na yun! Sa wakas!

Napakatingkad din lang talaga ng christmas season na toh kasi laging asa bahay ko din ang baby ko. Sarap ng feeling na andiyan lang lagi sa tabi mo yung taong kailangan mo lalo na sa mga panahong malamig ang gabi (naughty grin*) haha. Basta masaya! Wala na kokontra! Dami kilig moment ampota hehe. Basta.. haha...

Nung 31, araw bago magbagong taon, namasyal muna kami ni bebe sa MOA para naman bago magbagong taon e masilayan ko ang bebe ko at sabihin sa kanya kung paano niya nabago ang buhay ko, kung gaano niya binuo ang 2007 ko at kung gaano ako naglu-look forward sa 2008 na magkasama kami. Nung pagkahatid ko sakanila at tinignan ko sa pinagiwanan ko ng celfone ko ung celfone ko, laking gulat ko nalang na wala na yung celfone dun! Tinanong ko yung driver pero hindi niya daw naitago kasi hindi naman niya alam na iniwan ko yung isa kong fone sa kotse, at nung pagkahatid niya daw sakin sa MOA ay pinaayos niya muna yung kotse kaya baka naman kinuha nung nag-ayos ng car. There goes one of my celfone. 7x nawalan ng fone dahil sa holdap, tas 1 dahil sa kaburaraan! Hay.. Pero dedma na muna diyan.. yoko naman magsimula ang taon na malungkot at tuliro! Kaya celebrate muna! Saka na yang lungkot lungkot na yan!

Ayun basta happy ako ngayon. Sana magtuloy-tuloy na. Andami ko din dapat ipagpasalamat kasi lumipas nadin ang unos sa buhay ko. At sa darating pa, kakayanin ko padin yun. Lalaban ako at sa huli, ngingiti padin ako. Kasi alam ko, mahal ako ng Diyos at hindi Niya ako pababayaan!

Haven't been doing anything lately that's why Renan and I did some photoshoot on our rooftop. It's been really bright that day which makes it a lot easier to formulate good fotos since there's a natural lighting.

For our concept, we think of doing hiphop in this photoshoot. Well, it was Ren's idea honestly. Ilang weeks nadin niya kasi ako kinukulit to shoot him na may ganitong concept! Hindi kasi ito mga tipo kong shot. But since I'm a good friend and all *koff koff, I accept his challenge. Tsaka wala din naman magawa that day.

The picture you're seeing is one of my fave in the bunch. Ang ganda kasi ng contrast sa background tas angas pa ung mukha niya (malayo sa totoong ugali niya hehe). Sana soon I'll be able to shoot some professional shoot like my brother, very amateur kasi ung mga kuha ko eh. Laki nadin kasi improvement ng bro ko kaya I want to follow his footsteps! Pangarap ko din na next time, ako naman kuhanan.. diba Renan??

Want to share you guys my ultimate cravings for the month. The first time I taste this, wow! I mean come on! Who wouldn't want these freshly-baked doughnuts that would make your taste buds ecstatic! Ang sarap grabe! One dozen of these wouldn't be enough I tell you. Kaya naman every Sundays I make it a point that I could get to order these tasty treats. I recommend that you try these as well especially now that they offer Christmas special doughnuts in cooperation with Hershey's chocolates. Yum yum.

The Storm is Over

I never thought that I had finally moved on.

For 5 years I had been so in love. My friends even told me that its stupidity to even stay in the relationship. I kept on insisting that the both of us might actually work things out. But then again, I was wrong. I became very incompetent. My self-esteem was extremely low and my life was in total wreck. My tears were all used up that I couldn't shed a tear anymore. And every night I pray that if things wouldn't go back to the way it used to, just please help me move on.

Long were the process, hard were the times, I patiently waited until I could at least ease the pain. Believing that time would somehow heal all the wounds. But it was hard. Those who have their heart broken would back me up on this. But I just had to move on, I know I should. I felt so tired of fighting for the love that I know would never heat up again. I'm tired of waiting, of wasting my energy, of wasting my time and money. I'm tired. I passed out. I surrendered.

Then, I met a new person. A person whom I thought I'd never fall in love with. That was before we actually met in person. Soon after, we became close. She showed me the different side of life -- the brighter side. That there was hope, and that the sun would shine again. She always crack me up with her jokes even though its "mababaw" na at times. hehe. She always showed me she cares. Just looking at her eyes made me realize how lucky I am to have found a person like her. Those expressive eyes, warm smile, everything. Everything in her mesmerizes me. Two months of courting her doesn't seems to be that long since I enjoyed every minute I'm pursuing her. We go to different places, enjoying every moments together and laughing our hearts out. We even have a goal to eat at every restaurants in SM Mall of Asia.

I learned a lot from my previous relationship that I know what to do with the one I am in right now. Though we both have numbers of differences, we meet halfway to make things work. But don't get me wrong, we do have our tampuhans and all pero that made our relationship stronger. I am contented and happy. Very happy to have found my other half. Now I feel so complete and I dedicate my life to make her feel the same. I would never in any way do something stupid to lose her. Never. So before I end this I wanna leave a message to my beb.

"Beb, now that you're here, I never want to let you go. Thanks for trusting me, for taking good care of me. Thanks for being there. Whatever it is that would come our way, I would be strong. I would fight for us. Few months from now we'll be living on our own. I'm so excited na nga eh. hehe. I love you my beb. Now, tomorrow and forevermore. Its been four months now. Happy Monthsary! Muah. 888."

Christmas Wishlist

Few days from now the whole country will once again be celebrating Christ's birth. And since gift-giving is a tradition in this country, I made my very own Christmas wishlist.

Every year I made a list of the things I want to receive for Christmas, but never been fortunate enough to get any of which. But I hope that this time, things will be a li'l bit different though a lot of the stuff I want to receive are quite expensive. Nevertheless, I still try to get my hopes up. Here are my top 5s. Pray for me. Hehe

5 Crocs

While some regard Crocs shoes as comfortable and colorfully decorated, others see them as a fashion disaster, and a sub culture has emerged of people who vocally oppose the shoes. But I find them so cool! Extremely cool. Especially the butter color. I could wear them all day. *chokes

2 Get My Laptop Fix

Its been a year since I last laid my hands on my HP Pavilion laptop computer. It died a year ago because my careless brother spilled coke on it. Now, I have to pay 40thousand to get it fixed because the motherboard was broken! Getting this precious thing of mine fixed will totally pull a nail out of my foot (creating new figurative shits here hehe). It means, I will feel at ease because I will be able to do all my works asap since I'm not sharing it with anyone. Whew.. sad..

1 iPod Touch

Definitely deserve the first spot on my list.

This gadget never fails to catch my attention and wow me with the things I can do with it. Everytime I go to Mac center, I never leave the place without touching it and be amazed how a simple thing like this could do so many jaw-dropping thing. Wish my mom could find it in her heart to buy me this cool thing as my Christmas gift. Then I would be the luckiest kid around hehe!

Kyla Serenades Trinoma

I must admit that lately I did get addicted to Kyla's songs after a friend bought her album and let me rip off her songs on my computer. She has very good rendition of all-time favorite songs played in the airwaves, though most of which I had heard for the first time.

I get pretty excited when that friend I was referring to is a close friend of Kyla and told me that I could get to see her in person because she will be having a Christmas Special show at Trinoma Mall - and I did see her! Man, was I starstrucked when I get to talk to her in the flesh before the show. She even showed me her iPhone. She is so cool. Not like other artist who have their 'diva' or snotty attitude with them. I also have the opportunity to meet and talk with her very supportive parents.

The show is good though the first 30minutes is a snoozefest. There's this children choir who sang slow, Christmas song that made me fall asleep. My friend had to tapped me so I could stay awake. But when Kyla came out, my sleepiness was all left behind. She sang with the choir first and sang 'So Good' by Destiny's Child for her first solo number. Kyla was very professional on stage. She keeps her high notes and presses her awesome charm till the songs faded out. I'm in awe really. And for her finale, she sang the very emotional song from her Heartfelt album 'Love Will Lead You Back' that made my hairs stand on end. To share my experience, kindly watch the video presented before the essay. Sorry for the bad sound and video quality. I just took that video using my cellphone.

Global Fun is Not Fun At All

The new amusement park, Global Fun Carnival, lying beside the vicinity of the great Mall of Asia is now open for the public. While strolling by Macapagal Boulevard, you will definitely be astonished by the park's prime attraction -- the ferris wheel. Maybe because of its similarity with the famous ferris wheel of Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. And you may also feel the gist that you want to experience being there, maybe for fun, or maybe for the simple reason that you went there. But I tell you, this park created a new way to piss me off! And like what I said, Global Fun is Not Fun At All!

My beb and I were drooling over going at this place for almost quite some time and so we finally decided that we will set foot on this place saturday night on November 17. My excitement went overboard that I didn't even get to sleep peacefully the night before.
I met my Beb at Trinoma mall around 5 in the afternoon to watch Kyla's performance and damn was she good! But let' skip that for now and focus on this shit first hehe. After Kyla's performance we rode the jampacked MRT Station to get to SM Mall of Asia. When we arrived there, we ate at Wendy's first and buy Starbucks frapuccinos too! And so everything is settled. Were on our way to the said park and piece of advice guys, try using your wheels instead. Because going to MOA to Global Fun walking is not cool at all! Especially with the constructions going on and the rain flowing. I must say, earth and rain - not a good combination!

First dilemma. We have to pay 300 pesos worth of ticket. Damn it! You don't even know what to expect yet! But since we're excited and all, we didn't care much at that time. When we enter, are we surprised that the place is totally crowded! AS IN TOTALLY CROWDED! Every ride/attractions were filled with horrible long lines we don't know which among these we wanted to try. We navigate the place first until we decided to ride the ferris wheel since we're still full from the food we ate. We waited for about 30 death defying minutes before we get our turn. But still, it wasn't that fun or SAFE for my liking. I was like holding still at the railing because I'm afraid that the ride might break any minute! Leaving that ride was a relief! Thank God I'm still alive. Next we tried a new ride I haven't seen yet in my whole life. But then again, we have to wait long just to experience the exciting (sarcastic) ride they offer. So we wait, impatiently, since the ground you are standing and walking on is made of stones! It is seriously painful! My feet hurts so bad. The second I was referring to is the Ranger (look at the image and you'll imagine what this ride do) and it was better than the ferris wheel.

After riding the Ranger, I lost all my energy and enthusiasm to ride another one. Imagining that we have to wait for another long, tiring time just to experience the thrill of a ride for a short span of time. My brain finally came to the conclusion that its time to bid goodbye to the place. And the weather sure did get along with my decision. So there we are dead tired and wet, finding a cab to ride home! Man did I smell bad. Putting it this way, it was like paying a 150pesos for two rides that night -- not at all worth it.. But eventhough our experience in the park was not a blast, me being together with the one who makes my heart beats faster still made my day. But still, I stand by my review - " Global Fun is Not Fun At All". END
